Chat to Santa retains the right to record all Zoom calls for training & monitoring purposes*.
Customers booking a LIVE interactive Chat To Santa are encouraged to be online & in the Zoom waiting room 5 minutes before their scheduled Chat To Santa.
Any Zoom calls that begin after their booked start time will run to their booked finish time NOT their booked length. i.e. If a ten minute call is booked for 1500 and the group join the call at 1503, the call will finish at 1510.
Any group that joins their Zoom call more than 5 (Five) minutes late will forfeit their booking. No refund will be offered.
All customers accept that at least one adult will be present at their end, in shot & on screen, for the duration of any and all LIVE Chat’s To Santa. Customers accept that if there is no adult on screen at the customer side of the call, Santa will give one warning before the Elf will end the call.
Customers are free to use the ‘Record Meeting’ function of Zoom to record their Chat To Santa and may lift screen shots from their Chat To Santa as they see fit. ChatToSanta.com will enjoy the same right to record Sound, moving & still images from any Chat To Santa and use these images for any purpose they see fit in perpetuity*.
*School Groups will NOT be recorded by ChatToSanta.com.
